They will combine technology with deep on-ground understanding, use data to make better decisions and build stronger relationships between farmers, businesses and consumers. Importantly, they will need to demonstrate that growth and impact can go together.
I also believe trust will become a major differentiator. Agribusinesses that are transparent about sourcing, build long-term farmer relationships and consistently deliver value to customers will have a stronger foundation for sustainable growth.
