Gandhinagar, Sunday:Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today offered his generous personal contribution to Teachers’ Welfare Fund on the occasion of September 5 being celebrated as National Teachers Day as a mark of society respect to the teachers as repaying its debt as ‘guru-rin’.
Mr. Rupani offered his personal contribution to the Fand to children of Gandhinagar schools who had gathered at his residence here. He also exchanged pleasantries with the children.
Those present at the happy moment included Gandhinagar District Collector Kuldeep Arya, District Development Officer Surabhi Gautam, District Superintendent of Police Mayur Chavda, District Education Office Bharatbhai Vadher.
