The team is headed by the director Miss Tvisha Teju former actress in the Kannada film industry.

The Creation’s logo was launched by IPS officer Ravi Channananvr sir’s good wishes, who is serving as deputy commissioner of police with notable success. The organization have successfully completed three beauty pageants under which they transform into believe-in theme-linked shows.
Accordingly, their first successful show was Traditional King and Queen of Karnataka-2019 which showcased the heritage and culture of Karnataka, by models wearing only traditional attires without Western touch. The second show was Mr and Miss United Karnataka-2020 which themed the support of Unification of Karnataka, Interestingly the reason behind the show name was they never encourage the partition of their very own districts such as no Uttar Kannada or no Dakshina Kannada likewise exhibiting the nativity and culture of each district. Eventually, the Finale of 3rd beauty pageant was successfully done and named Little / Mr and Miss United South India-2021 appropriately model representing culture, places or great personalities from south India which turned out to be an indelible event with tiny tots.
